In government, I led teams responsible for economic policy, legal, and legislative affairs. My exceptional colleagues strengthened the public finances, reduced administrative delays and backlogs, and improved the legal framework for investment.

I have also helped leaders to communicate a positive agenda, obtain constructive feedback, and build public support for signature policies.

I studied common law and civil law in both French and English, and completed a graduate degree focused on economic policy and negotiation.
